This looks amazing. Has anyone used one for sculpting figures or making terrain?

Nope, but I doubt it would be able to do figures very well. Not enough fine control and the bead looks pretty thick. It might be good for terrain, though.

Not very useful, I'm afraid.
It's essentially a small glue gun with stiffer plastic, and it's quite a challenge to make anything resembling… well, anything (unless you're aiming for the flying spaghetti monster).
