you could purchase "The Sword to Adventure" (a variant for Skirmishes and Small Wars 1908-1931)…supplement to the TSATF…purposly aimed at the conflict you mentioned plus many others…Different Troop Classes , Modern and Light MGs, Magazine Rifles, Grenades, Armoured Cars ecc…are contemplated |

Hal, Having played many a TSATF and variants game (obvious since our group helped Larry develop the orginal these many years ago), I would suggest, as others have, that you use "The Sword to Adventure." It was devised to help cover the "skirmishy" aspect of the early part of the 20th Century. We've used it for Back of Beyond China, the Indian North "Central " Frontier, and a Very British Civil War.
