Oh, DJ, I've been reading comics since 1969 and watching superhero cartoons & live action shows since at least then, to answer your question, uh…no. Still a hoot!

I agree it's a funny coincidence. All the same, the Arrow's death is 101% certain to be a gimmick, just like almost every superhero death ever. Unless you count never appearing in any media again (excepting superhero databases and maybe an odd fanfic in some obscure corner of the 'net) as a death obviously.
