Has anyone converted the Perry plastic zouaves into WW1 zouaves?

Seems to me to be a whole lot of work. Perry's ACW Zouaves are missing backpacks with the various bits of clobber that WWI poilus were expected to carry, including mess kits and bedrolls, and you'd need to change the Springfield rifle muskets for Lebel bolt-action rifles.

In general I think you'd be better off using something like Askari Miniatures zouaves – much closer to the period.
