Chasseur, Most excellent- you capture the essence of wood painted in ochre that I always envisioned but yet to be successful in doing! I was always wondering how the wurst should be painted. I like the full leather covering approach. I shall do mine that way. My only angst, if these would be such painted for my collection, is the color choice of the leaves stuck in the cockades. I am not familiar of any clover of that bright green color. Well done! MG Well done |

Nice work again – you have managed to get an efficiency/results balance that is really quite amazing. I love how you have shaded the bicornes – and done the wursts! Bases too are terrific. |

I never knew the Wurst stayed on – I always thought it was taken off like the French carriage box – glad I saw this before I got mine wrong. Very nice, and look really good. Must get round to doing something similar |
