No, it's not the dreaded "second edition" but it IS a ton of additional material for FiveCore.
New weapons (shotguns, grenade launchers), body armour, squad leaders, new tables for scenarios and force generation, night fighting (courtesy of a fan) and a ton of other new things.
Your WargameVault account will have the updated version so go grab it.
There'll be some new ways to handle skills (including adding character classes as an option) in the very near future as well.
If you haven't grabbed it yet, now seems like a pretty good time.
