I am really liking the look of these rules but before i pay my hard earned for them I want to know if they have units stats etc for AWI? I am keen to play this period rtaher than the FIW. cheers FM |

Some friends ran a good sized battle using these rules and it went well. Best used for smaller actions though. What scale are you using? |

A ran an AWI game of the cavalry (mostly) battle that happened right before Guilford Courthouse a couple years ago at Historicon using M&T and it worked out great.

They are custom made for AWI and include lists specific for them. A great set of rules--they would be my first choice. Enjoy! |

Muskets and Tomahawks is what we used recently for several AWI skirmish games. It is designed for the 18th century American wars, including AWI, and captures the flavor well. Not only does it provide stats for the types of units that fought the war, it also allows you to modify them with special attributes depending on what specific time or unit you want to model. |
