…a brief AAR of a game set in the Runequest world, between Praxian nomads including bison, sable, rhino, unicorn and ostrich riders and a Lunar invasion force.
Much more on my blog: link Best, Simon |

Nice! I've been a fan of your Praxian armies for at least a decade. Good to see you return to the fold. |

I'm just working on some RQ sculpts I started in 2004, and last revisited in 2009. It seems to be a 5 year anniversary thing, for me. :-) |

I used to play Nomad Gods a great many years ago and your battle and figures just bring it all back. Bravo. I see that you are a contributor to Gloranthan Army blog. Lots of good figures there too. link |

Hi Kropotkin, Yes I am a good friend of Greg Privat's, we have played many games together. It was his site that got me into Gloranthan wargaming, back in '04. BEst, Simon |

Good job, Fred Bloggs! I'll jot a few ideas down before we play our next game in a few weeks time. I've posted some closeup pictures of the forces involved; the Bison tribe:

Your blog is what helped get me interested in Glorantha to begin in, so I'm very glad to see these minis getting a chance to ride again! :) -Will |

Those look great! One of my current projects is on a Gloranthan skirmish collection; not big battles like you are doing, but with factions of at most 30 or so figures. I've had a lot of fun searching out figures for Sartarites, Lunars, Trolls, Ducks (!!), Dragonewts, Broo, Scorpion Men and a few other odds and ends. Your project is very inspiring! The figures and the table looks great. While my games are set in Dragon Pass (a Northern European feel), I'm really tempted to do some Praxian stuff as well. Skirmishes in the Rubble would be a lot of fun, I think. Thank you for sharing--it's nice to hear what others are doing in this area! |

Sorry chaps I missed these posts! Daryl, I have Dragon Pass toys too but I am especially drawn to Prax, because of the wonderful herd beasts. Watch the blog for future developments; my Aepycamelus are being cast this week… |
