Sorry to miss it. The first DBA 3 event at a Con in US since publishing. I'll bet the weather in Augusta is much better than here at 5degrees F with wind chill and 5" of snow. That is 15C and 12.7cm for our metric friends. Cold!

-15 degrees C, Bob. You're missing a negative sign!

Sigh. Much like last year, we're going to miss it, despite being up in that neck of the woods. We'll be working at our place in Washington, GA (and harvesting bamboo in Wrens), but the odds are against us making it down to Augusta.

Best of luck combatants (and shoppers)!

Joe Collins ran a great tournament and also did two Big Battle games on Saturday afternoon. I had a great time commanding the losing team in a late medieval battle between the Holy Roman Empire and France. A rare medieval battle about which I knew next to nothing. Cannons and Franc archers against Pike and Knights.

I ran a Big Battle D3H2 battle on Friday night and my daughter Anna ran some pick up games for kids on Saturday night after the tournament.

Hope everyone can get to NashCon this Memorial Day for more DBA 3.0.
