Did this happen when you submitted your answers or when you clicked the second "Submit" button (the one at the bottom of the "Thank you Page"? Richard |

Yes, I am pretty confident it was submitted. The "Thank you Page" appears after submission. Sorry for the inconvenience. Richard |
