Yes we finally gave in and got R2E in both high and low resolution formats for downloading onto PCs and tablets. Link turnaround time is usually 12 hours max and often much quicker. Republic to Empire continues to quietly but positively occupy a nice corner of the Napoleonic rules spectrum. You can find it here link
