Those are the first 7YW figures I painted in 28 mm – as well as painting a red coated unit. Quite a differene to the usual Napoleonics or French Revolutionary period figures. The miniatures are excellent, a pure joy to paint.

I had never heard of them……..but have now checked the website. Beautiful castings. Did you notice that they have a gallery and seek images of their figures painted to this standard? I just love the military chaplain……. |

As mentioned before – great admiration. these are really lovely. Can you share your source for that colour please? It rings a bell but also has me scratching my head a bit. Thanks C |

GBM – Design, though I am not sure if it is correct, the "regimental" colour is realy D'Arbonnier and not Planta, so I did the "white" flag – out of the supplied two. |

vW, Excellent job!! It's amazing that even though you've moved on to 15/18mm for a while now, you can still put out some very finely done 28mm figures. John |

John Thanks for your kind words, yes it is indeed quite a different thing, at least for me, to paint 28 mm – there some of my techniques for 18 mm don't work any longer. Still – I cannot escape 28 mm miniatures, Perry Bavarians, Black Hussar 7YW and got knows what else. |
