I've got ship cards prepped and ready to roll. The British have 4 additional Frigates (The French and British each have 4× 3rd Rate SOL) so I suspect this will be pretty crushing for the French.

I've done some reading on the fight and the Captains and ships involved, so the French ships are of lower quality (Q) than the British and the British SOL are overhauling the French from Astern.

Any other things I should be aware of?

One of the French SOL had storm damage to her rigging, thus slowing the squadron. Two of the frigates had also been harassing them from astern. I ran this battle using Sails of Glory. Two points to even the fight for the French – The pursuing British are strung out and had Dunmanior turned his squadron earlier he may have caught out the lead ship. Also the frigates pretty much stayed at long range most of the battle. So you could limit their interaction.

The Wiki entry has some good information on this battle.

Yes, interested +1
Not really the sort of rules I'd use for an action like that

Well I've been doing test battles based on points but nothing "real".

This seems small enough to handle in short order.

Will post an AAR shortly.
