You can now find a translation of several passages from the German 60th Field Artillery Regiment Official History on 'The Great Adventure. The translation, courtesy of Robert Dunlop, details some action during the Battle of the Marne 1914. Go to wargaming.org.nz and navigate to Special Features, The Age of Artillery. Thanks Robin, The actions involving FAR 60 took place in and around Esternay. The area can be seen in miniature, based on the big reproduction of the First Battle of the Marne that was put on in August and September last year: link link Robert |
