After some 30 years of putting it off, a tidied up .pdf is available for NQM here: link
These fastplay, large-scale tabletop rules for 1920-45 are now clearer. The Tables, which were in a shocking state after several transfers to different formats, have been tidied up and are now legible in the .pdf.
I am still working on them in WordPress, which doesn't really do maths or science, and can't hack imports from OpenOffice :-( … Which perhaps means that my new strapline for NQM should be:
"Tinkered with constantly since 1985″

Chris, This is a very nice looking set of rules. I've only skimmed them thus far but at 23 pages, they can't be so difficult to play. Thanks for posting! John |

Wow 30 years in the making and you let us have it for free! To be fair, they have been in play for most of that time as well – although this updated version of the evolved game as a PDF is a welcome addition. Phil
