Hi Before christmas me and my club mates had the second session of our Lion Rampant Club campaign "Håtunaleken" (Håtuna-Games) a Swedish Games of Thrones set in the early years of the 14th century. Last time the Kings Brothers backstabed the King at the election of the King at Mora Stenar (Mora Stones) you can see that AAR of game #1 here. It is still 1301 in the middle of the Summer and the King have invited to his wedding with Kristina the Daughet of his Marsk Torgils Knutsson. As tradition was the bride should ride to the weding escorted by her relatives. But it is a long way to ride and much dangers along the road… You find the AAR at my blog

Valdemar is going to die from a crossbow bolt through his lungs. Calling it. Fun reports. I love the chaotic mayhem feel to this. |

Thanks ! For this AAR I used my Iphone… Valdemar are not going to die from a crossbowbolt… He and his brother will die by starvation during their captivity at the Castle of Nyköping in 1318, after the "Nyköping Banquet" in December 1317 there their brother Birger (the king) lured them in to an "Ambush" some more historical info here: link Our Lion rampant games often end up in chaotic mayhem :) Best regards Michael |
