Beautiful job of painting there, particularly with the blues! The horses look quite nice grouped together, too. I did wonder about lighting for outdoor photography that far north: it was interesting to hear that sunset is soon after 2:30. I grumble about the sun dropping behind the mountains a little after 4:00 here in Colorado (we're about as far north as Lisbon). Grelber |

The sun probebly sets around 3:30, but the lighting will be to dark for photoes by 2:30, dosn't help with high trees around the house and garden. With in a month this will be extended to about 4:30. By may untill some 8:00 PM, and by midd summer I can take pictures about 22.5 hours pr day. With it only beeing too dark arond 00:30. And thanks for the nice comments. |

apart from the blue – how do you paint your faces – what triad do you use there? |

I use foundry Expert flesh, thats 6 colors. A throuh F, but I drop D, as C and D are to close in tone. I only use D for 40mm and up. A, B, C are used alot, D not at all, E is just small high lights, and F is just on the tip of the nose and "tip" of the chin. |
