I don't see anything like British WW1 roundels – link – anywhere I have looked.

Does anyone make them?

What do you use instead if they are not available?

What scale are you seeking? I know of 1/144th ones, and I think there are 1/300th scale ones available as well.

I've used Doms Decals in the past and I'm happy with them and the service

I don't have specific WWI decals in smaller than 1/144 at the moment, but most people happily use WWII Type A roundels – the blue's a bit darker than for WWI, but it's close enough for government work. I keep meaning to add a sheet with a slightly lighter blue some time, but haven't had a chance yet – have been hopelessly behind on decal reprints (real life – not as fun as it sounds….) so ploughing through them and getting my order book up to date is my main task over the "holidays"…. ;-) Hoping to start 2015 with a few new releases though, so I'll try and remember to give them a go.

The white bordered ones are a no in small scales, though, unfortunately – the border is so narrow that it's basically within the printer's error margin between layers – if there's interest I could do a sheet with blue/white/red roundels, and separate slightly larger white discs to go on separately first, but they'd definitely be fiddly to use….

I use Dom's 1/600th decals for my 1/600th WW1 planes. Just ordered some before Christmas, 18DEC14 according to PayPal.

Also my 1/600th jets and post WW1 prop planes.

I also have some "Big" 1/300th scale WW1 models but I have not assembled/painted/bought decals any yet.

Another useful source in the 1/200 range are the Shed/Helmet sheets.
I`ve also managed to use them for some 1/144 models.

These are two part decals, you need to apply a blank while circular decal first then the coloured one.

Reviresco makes a 1/144 scale decal sheet for British WW1 markings. We can custom print them to any scale you like. Email john@tin-soldier.com for details and prices. Be sure to let us know what scale you want.

Dom do you think you will be doing late world war Blaine crosses?

The Young Guard11 Jan 2015 12:33 p.m. PST

For 1/144, the Blue rider RFC/RNAS sheet is excellent if you want darker blue roundels with and without borders.
