Hello,

These are my first attempt at doing Carlists.
I used Baccus napoleonic russians olpechnie. I'm not very satisfied with the beret in green stuff. I have to improve my technique.
What do you think ? Any ideas for 6 mm proxies in the Baccus ranges for the 1st Carlist War ?

I think they look pretty good. The beret does look a bit big on the straight on view but from top down, how you are going to see them most of the time, it looks perfect.

I wouldn't change a thing.

Lots of Napoleonic French stuff can be used as Isalbelino troopers. Hussars, line infantry, dragoons.

In 6mm you should be able to get most of the Isabelino forces without any conversion at all.

I agree with Pictors. The details need to be exaggerated a bit in this scale.
