It looks like it will be similar in size to the Tantive IV Blockade Runner, around 12-14 inches in length. The exact release date hasn't been stated. Sometime in the first quarter of 2015, probably in March. |

Ya that looks awesome. I'm just getting into Xwing with my son and I will have to possibly avoid showing him that otherwise he'll want to get it ;-) I wonder if they will have that ship in the new Armada game (in a future wave)? -Tim |

I have seen the prototype model at Fantasy Flight Games. The good: It looks real cool. The underside is very interesting too. The slightly disappointing: The Tantive IV looks larger due to its bulkiness and the Imperial Ship's streamlined nature. If it was me, I would have made the Imperial model even larger, but the price tag would have gone up considerably. Bear in mind I saw the prototype in a display case and the models were not side by side. It does look cool enough that it might entice me to buy the game, I have been waiting for Armada to come out. |

Well, the Tantive IV is a converted merchant ship, I believe, so it might be a bit large compared to a ship of similar capabilities that was specifically designed to be a warship. |
