I couldn't tell, does it contain the original map, which was by far the most awesome part? I would definitely pay for a PDF of the map.

I think it does have maps, but not sure. If you click on the full sized Pre-view, it gives you a section of the map.

By the time he published this in the 80s we were already building our own worlds and using other peoples (Judges Guild, bits of Arduin, etc) work.

I have been reading the Hawk and Moor Trilogy, which is the history of D&D and the Greyhawk and Blackmoor campaigns. Truly nerd reading, but fascinating in parts.
