Hello, while I haven't looked through all the posts, I didn't see any recent ones for Super Hero miniature websites. I'm looking for ones with 25-28mm and perferrably generic super heros. I'm not wanting to find links that lead to characters like Spiderman and others. I have found some from Old Glory and Reaper's Chronoscope. I'm looking for others like them with quality sculpts that won't immediately be recognizable as 'Batman', 'Thor' and such. I've done some searching but I'm guessing there are others I've just not discovered yet and these Forums and members have always been so helpful. I appreciate any help I can get on this, thanks! Also, we used to play GURPS Supers back in college. Is there any other easily available RPG system that offers the same (or better) range of superpowers and simple combat system that someone would recommend? |

I am A golden heroes(now sort of redone as Squadron UK)/ d6 hero player and ref myself. I use standees – Cardboard armies.. and I am thinking of mutilating and repainting some Heroclix figures when I find a really cheap source… |

Thanks for the mention Ron :) Korinindae, you are exactly the person that I had in mind when I started Crossover Minis. We make super heroes that fill out archetypes and we even have a swappable head system to further customize them! Drop by and have a look, I'm sure you'll find something you are looking for. crossoverminiatures.com |

I have to also put forward Crossover minis. Great quality, minis have multiple head options---Hero, Villan and Minion minis can fit just about any setting you are looking for---Ninja and "Not Hydra" are my favorites |

I appreciate all the help from everyone. Of the two recommended to me (Crossover and Pulp City), I like them both. I'll be ordering from Crossover for sure. I might try to grab a few from Pulp City as well, if I can find a supplier in the US instead of ordering overseas. Any further recommendations are appreciated (since I have a habit of over-collecting when it comes to miniatures), but I'm once again humbled by the help provided on these forums. Many thanks my friends! |

I just picked up a bunch of Herclix super heros from CoolStuff to use with Ganesha Games Power Legion rules. I picked up the whole JLA team. Except for Batman.. Dang! I'll be pitting them against the Marvel Heroclix team. Granted they're not the best sculpts. But you can't beat the price. And many folks re-paint them anyway. 8) |

Yeah, I've seen those online, how do they compare in size? Meaning are they closer to 15mm or 28mm? And while I'm definitely ordering from Crossover, can anyone give me info on the quality of some of the Old Glory supers? Based on the images on their website, it is hard to tell how detailed they are. Some look pretty decent and others look like miniatures that I used to find way back in the late 1980's that were so lacking in facial expressions that they all looked like they had the same face. This isn't to say that Old Glory's are like that, but the images on the website make it hard to tell. :( |

Although they aren't superhero miniatures as such, you might like to take a look at various fantasy football miniture lines as well as the Dark Age minis: dark-age.com Not all will be applicable but some woul work IMCO. |

Since everyone was so helpful, I wanted to update that I received my miniature order from Crossover today and was very pleased. The sculpts are very detailed and each one has 3 different attachable heads, allowing you to really customize each one. Great customer service and great supers, so thanks to everyone that helped me out! |
