I realize this is short notice but…

Anyone who gets the El Rey cable channel will be able to see the original Gojira (without Raymond Burr) today at 6PM EST.

It will be followed by the Raymond Burr version.

The Burr version is also helpful of course when one has a young nephew who can't read yet but is up for giant monster destruction.

My copy of Gamera is unfortunately (for kids) only subtitled, so I'm buying time with the dubbed sequels and using the original as a bribe to get him to speed up his learning. Just as he can't play games with his uncle's toys until he learns how to read numbers.
