My wife got me a Big Green Egg ceramic grill/smoker for my birthday. I just got the temp up to 220 and put a 2+ pound slice of rubbed pork shoulder in. We're sniffing and sipping some Calvados with Pandora playing. Oh yeah. Somebody's gotta do it. Happy Solstice, Bona Saturnalia.
