Mike, is it possible that the bent ones were meant to be that way to give it the look of having had something collide with it?

But Jersey Barriers don't bend they ether brake into parts, tip over or only have marks on them when hit by cars and trucks. or even in this case run over my a tank they only broke some bits off.

There is a type of Jersey Barrier that can bend like that, but there should have been dividing lines on the model. Instead of big ~8ft lengths (or whatever it actually is), the flexible Jersey Rails are ~2ft sections in a chain.
