She practically floated into the room. She wasn't much to look at, just a whisp of a gal, a mere shadow in an oversized hat, but this dame had a presence about her, a haughty gaze, a bitter impish laugh that screamed 'mob princess' about as lound as it could.
She said I was a good boy, and I was; I could tell this twili dame was trouble, but we both knew that I was going to do just about anything she asked me to, whether I liked it or not.
