Are there 15 Gladiator miniatures? I know there are 25mm and larger… I vaguely remember seeing some, I have a trident bearing Reaper Gladiator like figure.

Yes, those are from Rebel Minis.
SonofThor – The game mechanics are from Red Sand Blue Sky, our gladiator game. More detailed but not bogged down by it. I'll be doing more and AARs of the chariot game that's included with it.
