That giveaway figure was actually cast as Custer. I can see how the gold braid on his sleeves makes one think he is Confederate, but Custer wore gold lace on his jacket. Still a great paint job and basing though :) |

Thanks both. I did consider painting him as Custer (as modelled) but I wanted a rebel officer, so that's how he ended up. I may pick another one up to paint as Custer, at some point |

Nicely done! I picked up two of them and one did become a confederate officer as well. It speaks well that the figure could be used for either side and look good on both! Larry |
