Earlier today Sue and I called into Asda's Cardiff and in the foyer is a huge machine that will take scans of you and produce 2D images. For a fee (I think it was £50.00 GBP) they will then produce you a 4inch tall model of the scan. In truth the models looked good. 3D printing in action – in a supermarket! Things are moving on at a pace. Tony |

I certain don't want a 3D scanned mini of me, wouldn't be that impressive. Now if they could simply sculpt ME to look like I did at 18…. |

No it gives the option of a 2D and 3D image – a sheet of paper showing the 3D image or a 3D image. Tony |
