Wow, I really like everything about this unit. They are grand. Excellent work! Could you please provide a link to the flag? |

Very nice figures and painting..Just one slight thing, you say they are based on Don Troianis' painting, but the colour of the facing on the painting is green you seem to have painted blue! |

@Rallynow: Mollo lists the flag as belonging to the 2nd New Hampshire. |

Thanks, chaps. Indeed, I should have noticed that the flag is actually the same as the flag attributed to the 2nd New Hampshire: link [insert "doh" smiley here]. Here's the site for the 10th Mass: flagguys.com/hist.html Giles |

"Just one slight thing, you say they are based on Don Troianis' painting, but the colour of the facing on the painting is green you seem to have painted blue!" When I first looked at the Troiani painting, I think on his Facebook site, the facings were definitely turquoise, which is how I've tried to paint them. Now the painting is on the Historical Image Bank website it has gone a bit more green. And my photos have made the turquoise look more blue than it is in real life! I think that explains it! Giles |

Regardless, they look great. I am curious as to the origin of the barn behind the troops. Where did you come by that model Giles? Bill Moreno |

If you don't mind me asking – what did you use for the brown? I really like it. Never mind – I just saw on your blog Foundry paints. Thanks 😄 |

Giles…thanks for explaining. The figs are nice and well painted. I have some continentals I'm thinking of painting in the same colour. Regards Pete |
