Does anyone know of the location where it says that Riders of Rohan warriors, do not count towards the 33% bow limit? I asked this on LAF as well, but I'm starting to think that there isn't a reference. |

I think it's in the Legion book. Generally Rohan is hit by the 33% rule. The suggestion out there in the rules is to only treat the figures with a bow in their hands as being actually bow armed. The others are there to look pretty. In scenarios they are treated as all being bow armed. |
