Very nice AAR and I enjoyed the review as well. I really enjoy Black Powder and it is fun to read others´ opinions. For me it is a very relaxing set of rules, like a old pair of blue jeans. Btw, the BP Yahoo group has more detailed QRSs available. |

Nice review and minis – I agree, Black Powder is a fun set of rules; in our last game (SYW) a Hannovarian cavalry brigade attached to a Prussian army spent half the game blundering in a different direction than ordered, only to wind up exactly where it was needed to block a Russian cavalry advance I also agree that this is not just for 28mm – in fact, we plan on trying it out with our 6mm Napoleonics next! |
