Has anyone considered using models from either system with the other?

I have a bunch of AQotMF models but am looking into ME.

Duh! I suffer from cranial rectal inversion. Sorry but I don't play AQotMF. I do play ME with 6/10mm using a mix of Warmaster and 6mm for this.

I picked up some Prussian light steam tanks to use as American MK1 tanks in All Quiet. I think they work perfectly alongside the All Quiet vehicles. I believe both games are 18mm, do other stuff may be compatible too.
