Does anyone know where to get some 6mm Hammer's Slammers decals? (water transfers) I saw some at Ainsty but $5.50 USD + S&H seems a bit much for 1 sheet. Does anyone know of anyplace else? Thanks Moe |

I have been using 15 mm decals from Doms Decals, German turret numbers in red and Scottish 15 th Div 'rampant lion' …… link They fit nicely on my 6 mm Old Crow blowers, tanks, hogs and combat cars. |

For what it's worth, a single sheet is enough for 16 vehicles with spares for (the inevitable) loss of the odd decal and that includes tank names as well (not all vehicles would have names written on them). That's 34 cents a blower. If you just want Lions on Shields and give only some of them numbers (and are really careful with the decals) there's enough big shields for 48 vehicles, plus small shields as well to go on gun shields or anywhere else you want to put them (jeeps etc). That's 11 cents a blower plus free jeeps. Jeeps will need tiny numbers anyway, which aren't on the sheet. John T |

Glad to know they're available from Ainsty, this had dropped off my radar – and I'd pitched for them earlier this year when word got out that he might make them, so I'd better step up! |

Gaz, That looks like a Much better solution. With 260+ vehicles I think no matter how I did it, Ainsty wouldn't be cheap. They're great decals but more then I can spare. Thanks for your help everyone. I appreciate the feedback. Moe |

Glad to help……..having only 30 odd HS vehicles I would have gone with Ainsty but didn't know they did them……the other US based outfit ( can't recall their name!) had just withdrawn from the market………. I used Legion 4 's pics as a paint guide and reference for the decals! Inspiring stuff!! |

As is turned out there are 5 different Blower tank decals and 3 different combat car decal sets. It's good to know I have options. |

Well, I gave in a picked up some Ainsty Casting Decals. Once received I ran out to Hobby Lobby and picked up a Magnified Lamp. (Damn they are sooo small) Things are looking good and I will post some picks soon. Moe |
