If you have any photoshop skills at all, printable cotton sheets like these: link are the way to go. Some white glue in the fold and they will hold their shape.

"Too coarse for the scale IMO…" I hear ya, but it's much less noticeable on the tabletop, than it is in those pictures. |

Too coarse for the scale IMO… True. But the flag pole is way too thick as well, the figures proportions are way wrong, etc, etc. We pick and choose which things we willingly ignore. I had no idea printable fabric or silk was available. This is excellent! |

Cool. Another option and tip I got from someone on TMP – metal tape from the hardward. Some sort of plumbing/electrical prodduct. Cut to shape, peel and stick around the flagpool, paint. Or paint a patch white, transfer, cut and then stick. Easy as. |

That is excellent, I wonder if they have those at Michaels AC Moore, or Joann Fabric stores? |
Razor78 | 11 Dec 2014 10:55 a.m. PST |
I have bought them at Michaels and Joann Fabrics, not sure about AC Moore, they are usually in the "making T-Shirts" aisle. |

On the plus side they hang like proper material, which is great. On the down side the weave is so large, comparatively, that they look like painted sacking. However, on a typical 28mm figure there's so much distortion going on that they look okay. |
