"German Company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, a leader in the European market for highly protected wheeled and tracked vehicles launches a new modernized version of the Terrier, a light wheeled armoured vehicle personnel carrier. The first version of the Terrier has been jointly developed by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann of Germany and the Defence Vehicles Division of IVECO of Italy. As the first version of the Terrier, the new modernized vehicle is based on a light commercial IVECO truck chassis. The hull of the new Terrier provides protection against ballistic threats, mines and improvised explosive devices (IED). The combination of carefully planned flexibility at a high transportation capacity and a great variety provides the right answer for the operational requirements of current and future missions of the armed forces. The new Terrier family includes three variants, 5 tons with IVECO Daily 4×4 chassis, 15 tons with IVECO EuroCargo 4×4 chassis and 18 tons with IVECO Trakker 4×4 chassis…"
