I have had the Desert Well by Architects of War for some time and only this weekend did I decide to put assemble and paint it.I really like the design of it. I am probably going to use it as an objective in a future 2nd Afghan War scenario.

The well looks great. Nice scene, and would make a great objective.

Yes, very nice indeed! Rhingyll, do you have the mule-powered grinding stone from the same company? I've been thinking about ordering both pieces and I think seeing your version of the well just pushed me across the decision line!

I do not have the mule-powered grinding stone, but now you have me thinking I should get it. Augggh! When will the pain end? This is a better photo of the desert well.Just after I added the tufts of grass, a camel knelt down to have a drink.

Hahah -- sorry to push you towards more spending, Bob -- but of course you had just done the same to me! Unfortunately the chances are the pain will NEVER end!

…and very nice job on the tufts! I agree with the camel, they make the watering hole more appealing.
