The first is Amy from "The Girl Who Waited". The second is Rose with her Dalek blaster from "The Stolen Earth". Sarah Jane is third from "Planet of Evil". The fourth is Jo Grant in "Claws of Axos" attire.

Yes, the third one definitely made me think of Sarah Jane. I like the ruffles; they add an element of femininity, without looking like she is anything but serious, or waiting for a guy to rescue her.
