My 1/72nd scale WWII Japanese Army is in need of spiritual guidance. Who makes a Shinto Priest in 20mm, or 1/72nd scale or similar size in plastic or metal? If no one makes one, what figure would be best to convert to a Shinto Priest? Thanks. Mike Bunkermeister Creek Bunker Talk blog |

Best You can find in OOP Arcane Legions Han Army Brick link very cheap 4$ for 40+ painted 20 mm figures: link There are 4 or 5 monks (these bald red ones).
(Or maybe they are in Core Set??? Nah, it has to be Han Army Brick… Stone Lions are so sweet…) Re conversions: Zvezda Monks can be converted. Ceasar Samurais: link Maybe something useful here: link |

Those figures are good *Buddhist* monks, but not really suitable for Shinto Priests: link 20mm is not my scale, but if I were to try it, I guess I'd look for unarmed and armored samurai or civilians and add the tall hat with putty. The extra long flowing sleeves are a bit difficult. |

Ah, my mistake. Youre absolutely right, Jeff. No more idea, then. |

Thanks for the link to my blog, Umpapa. I should point out, though, that you linked to the Han booster pack, not the booster brick: link Still a heckuva deal at $12 USD, so long as they stay in stock. I think the noble figures in that Caesar Samurai set might have some good conversion possibilities. |
