Interesting article – Russians are marking a new memorial date, Day of the Unknown Soldier, in honour of some four million Soviet soldiers who fought in World War Two but are still considered missing in action.

Excellent story. But a shame:

"Volunteer diggers are still searching for the remains of soldiers killed in World War Two, as the government says it cannot spare the resources."
