Okay, now that I've got your attention…I found this cool little product in the local DollarTree this weekend and, now that I've cleared them out to avoid your grubby paws getting the jump on me, I thought I'd share with you all.

Dinosaur Ooze is a product in a plastic egg with a flat bottom that contains some sort of translucent putty like substance and embedded in that substance is a skeletal dinosaur, there are a variety of different types, flying, two footed, four footed, with and without sails.

I bought one just to pull out the dino and see if was useful. It most assuredly is! I plan to use the ones I bought – ten of them – as objectives in games, perhaps 'burying' them in some medium. Very cool. Oh, more suitable for 15 mm and smaller scales but no reason the larger scales can't use them. Dinos came in a lot of sizes, after all. I plan to keep my eyes out for a few more – I don't think I got all available styles, some duplicates which I will probably cut up as 'surface' finds.
