I ordered samples of 3 ranges in July. In September I reported non receipt and BG advised they would check with USPS.OK so far. No response to any of my follow up queries lodged on the onsite contact portal since that time. The original tracking details now show this parcel in Atlanta Georgia (a long way from Australia). Does the contact portal work or is there some other email address I should use to resolve this problem? Alan in Canberra

Lon checks this site pretty reliably. Did you post on the brigade games forum? brigadegms.com/index.php

I've been trying to get in touch as well about a package that's been lost for months now. I'm not getting any response through the portal.

Tried the Forum. It seems new with very little traffic and no contact details. I see from the above that I am not the only customer with this problem. If anyone knows Lon can they ask him to check his site for faults and look into outstanding cases please? Alan

Apparently my parcel was received by Australia Post at the Sydney mail centre and has never been seen again :-(

Yes, mine reached Sydney too. Seemed to stall and then was in Jersey on its way to Atlanta. Very unsatisfactory. Alan

Ah..so the problem wasn't at Brigade but with the Australian Post?…That's different then….

If the issue is with the Australian Post then don't bring Lons/Brigade Games name into it. He provides a great service to his customers. Never had a problem at all…

The problem is with Australian Post.

The parcels left the U.S. and entered Australia. That is where US Post can do no more tracking unless Aussie post scans it on delivery.

I know who Alan is but not sure of the other but I can guess from the name.

One assumes that if Aussie post does;t properly deliver the parcel it will eventually come back to me in the USA. This is where the Atlanta entry in tracking means. That must be a station for examining the parcel.

After numerous hours trying to find out what is going on (I challenge anyone to attempt to get an answer or even speak to someone who can help at the post assuming you can talk to a human) I have been in contact with someone who has taken pity on me at the local post terminal and they are trying to get an answer for me. Until I get a call back there is nothing I can do but wait.

However, in Alan's case, he declined insurance so there is little I can do with the post to claim anything. Yes, the post attitude sucks but as it left the USA and entered Australia their position is that their responsibility is over. They did what they were paid to do.

I have never had any issue with Aussie post before and we ship 10-20 parcels there a week. But since June several have gone missing. Nothing has changed at our end. The post seems to have changed policy as they used to try to get an answer to Aussie post but I am getting stonewalled here. I was told all I can do is wait for its eventual return to me.

Brigade Games
I would suggest that as the parcel arrived back in USA, Jersey City on 30 October and subsequently sent on to Atlanta 11 November(verified from USPS tracking data) then they have not done what they were paid to do. Can we continue this discussion through the site portal please? Regards Alan
