Well another month has come and gone and due to work commitments I managed a big fat ZERO progress this month. On the plus side I did not buy anymore figures so at least the lead mountain remians stable

Plan for December – Well this is now going to be tricky as on Friday 28th November our baby boy arrived 4 weeks early so I am not setting a target for December as who knows what painting time I'll get never mind if I get the energy to actually pick upa paint brush

Also I have agood start on another dozen or so figures.
I doubt I'll end the year on the plus side but I won't be getting more figures until next year so I shouldn't go deeper in debt.

I painted 25 figures this month and bought a bunch at the various Black Friday sales. These haven't arrived yet, so they will count against December. I didn't actually get anything this month, so November is 25 to 0.

About 20 years ago, I counted up all the unpainted figures, and ended up being totally depressed. I won't be doing that again until I feel pretty sure I'll be relatively happy with the total.

For the year as a whole, I sold off a bunch of figures, so I am hoping to break even.

I made up for all that productivity last month by finishing nothing this month though I primed about 50. Picked up another 47 figures for my British Zulu forces to complete my planned purchases. Sadly this includes a lot of horses which seem to take me forever to paint.

With one month to go I think this may be the first time I ever painted more than I bought.

Lost a weekend due to a death in the family which required me and my wife (Gawd bless her!) to travel out of state….
But I still did pretty good….

23 Old Grenadier "Dwarves" from an AD&D set at a vintage retroshop and a bunch of human shieldmen, beserkers, etc…tossed in.

Total Unpainted 25/28mm: 861 (I can't count the furniture in figure reduction totals)….

Plans for this month….

1: Finish up the current batch of figures.
2: Get back to work on some scenery/terrain projects
3: Keep updating my blog.
4: Pushing my goal of finishing 100 figures by the EOY.
5: Start planning my Little Wars Game.
6: Start planning on getting back to my long neglected 15mm moderns….
7: Have a good cry.
8: Have major dental surgery.
9: Have to do various trips to out of state work sites.
10: Have another good cry…

Well, it took eleven months, but I finally painted something.

Painted: 36x miniatures, 8x 15mm Eureka Russians, 28x 15mm QRF and my own modern vehicles.

Bought: 10x 28mm Cadians (E-bay)
