Nicely done. What rules are you using?

We use Black Powder, and just measure everything in cm instead of inches. It works pretty well, and I reckoned it gives a figure scale of about 1:7 ( I was bored at work, and did the maths). Our standard unit is 48 figures on 6 bases.
