Of course it is, jpattern2, since otherwise repeating the same strategy and failing over and over again would be insane (e.g. the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over again, and expecting a different outcome). |

At this point, I suspect the best we can hope for is that there won't be a fourth time – but I wouldn't even count on that, sad to say. |
