Try Stonewall miniatures – Their Combat Miniatures Range has a range of WW2 Indian figures which included Sikh & Punjabi. These are probably for the Far Eastern area but would probably fit nicely for North Africa/Italy as I do not believe the uniform differed that much.

The pictures on the website are far from great, but I am sure if you asked for a sample they would send a couple of figures to check out.

IT miniatures from Frontline Wargaming do some figs that are for WWI but would do for early WWII.
