Here's a chance for fellow TMP members who frequent my favorite message boards to get a head start on our Black Friday "Lethal Weapon" buddy sale.

Who's your Danny Glover or Mel Gibson gaming buddy? Whoever he is, now's your chance to team up for battles in the age of madness with our sale of madness!

Officially, from 9:00 AM EST on Thursday, Nov. 27 though 11:00 PM EST Monday, Dec. 1 you can order the print edition of Warfare in the Age of Madness for just $14.99 USD. That's 25% of the regular price of $19.99 USD.

In addition, when you e-mail that receipt for your print edition purchase during the period above to SaleOfMadness@gmail.com, we'll e-mail you a FREE copy of the PDF edition which you can keep for yourself or give to a gaming buddy.

So that's a print edition of the game AND a PDF copy for your buddy for just $14.99 USD!

But if you're reading this right now on a TMP message board you should know that the discount is already live on our Lulu shop and we'll honor the free PDF copy with a purchase of the print edition starting from the time stamp on this post!

Visit link for details.

Thank you for your purchase, we truly appreciate your support!

How come companies always have these great sales AFTER I buy their products? grin

Looks like we have owners in VA, CT and AZ (me), at least :)

And Australia. Ah well, I probably couldn't afford the postage on a hardcopy anyway.

We've been fascinated by the distribution of players. We assumed that most customers would be in the U.S. But since launch in August about half of our players come from the US and half from overseas. Of the overseas players most are from the U.K. but a fair number come from Australia, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany.

Here's the receipt/shipping data from U.K. orders we've been receiving during the current Black Friday sale. At current exchange rates shipping is equal to $4.70 USD. That's about what Lulu charges us when we order some copies for sale at conventions and local stores. And that's whether we order 1 or a bunch.

Subtotal £10.50 GBP GBP
Shipping £2.99 GBP GBP
Tax £0.00 GBP GBP
Total £13.49 GBP GBP

Anywho, thanks to everyone who has ordered. Lulu processes orders immediately upon receipt. When we get receipts from players for this special sale we send PDF files from our biz computer on a land line to avoid killing our mobile data plan.

We process the receipts in the morning, mid-day, evening, and at night so please be patient. We've had a ton of orders and neither Lulu nor Wargame Vault have the features needed for us to fully automate this sort of deal (We can't sell print copies directly on Wargame Vault since we felt their print quality was significantly behind Lulu. The WV version's color was dull, the paper very thin, the binding not as secure, and they did some weird stuff like adding 3 blank pages to the document despite the fact that the page numbers worked out to a nice multiple for printer's forms).

For normal "non-sale" PDF and print orders we don't have to do anything manually so those are processed automatically. Sale doesn't end until Monday night U.S. east coast time so everyone still has time.
