"At Zhuhai AirShow 2014, the 10th Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition in China, Chinese Defense Company Poly Technology has presented a new type of MRAP (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected) category 4x4 vehicle, under the name of 12P. This vehicle is a high-maneuverability mine resistant armoured vehicle mainly designed to be used as personnel carrier. The layout of the vehicle is very similar to the South African made RG-31 designed and manufactured by BAE Systems. The 12P MRAP 4x4 vehicle has been developed by Poly Technology to undertake a wide range of roles such as border patrol and to secure perimeters in times of conventional warfare and land mine threat…"

Well, all the MRAPs look pretty similar, IMO. So I suspect that this one isn't a copy, more a matter of there only being one way to build an MRAP. |

Definitely a copy. The Chinese have never had an original thought in 5000 years of civilisation. Genetic studies by leading German scientists in 1940s proved this. Yup that's sarcasm.
