Does anyone know where I can get top down pics of WW2 vehicles ,tanks etc. Preferably where they are in scale to each other ?
Looking at making a tabletop game with laminated card vehicles and troops.
All suggestions welcome. Thank you

Not in scale but the best spot is junior general in the top down section.

Another option – take top down pictures of miniatures.

There are the George Bradford "World War II AFV Plans" booklets.

There might be plates of his available on the internet too if you want to Bing search for them.

I use these. Superb illustrations and almost 100% coverage of AFVs.

The author doesn't give permission for their use – quite understandably – but if it's just for personal use and at a reduced scale I don't think it's too heinous a crime.

Thanks folks. My friend and I love wargaming both ww2 naval and ww2 bolt action but we wanted a way to make it mobile.
Being able to play General Quarters with a paper fleet would make it alot more practical and accesable.

Is that a fleet in your pocket or are you just happy to play ?

Is something like that, paper, referred to as "flats"?

Also I think Panzer Miniatures as several packs of vehicles available for download in pdf.
