They're more 1/48 than 28mm.
I use the vehicles, walkers, etc. with my artizan figures and dont use the Dust figures. |

Dust Premium is fully painted to a pretty decent standard. I'd prefer to do it myself, but for people who can't paint well or don't have the time/inclination, it's tough to argue with the Dust Premium minis. |
